SAS4SD Climate Smart Cocoa Production teaching material
This teaching module is aimed at after-school clubs and addresses the following:
Part 1: “What is the best form of cocoa farming that both generates high yields and is climate-friendly and sustainable?”
Part 2: “How do farmers realities in cocoa production look like and how do they experience wider socio-economic production processes?”
The module was developed by SAS4SD collaborators at the Pädagogische Hochschule Luzern (PHLU).
Part 1, focusing on Climate Smart Cocoa Production, contains 6 chapters. On-sight measurements and the analysis of meteorological data are included as activities in the lessons. The lessons can be downloaded from the table below.
